Once, technological innovation was embraced by early adopters, who were followed by the masses. Today, technological innovation is embraced by early adopters, who are followed by the lawyers.

The lawyers shut down innovation before it reaches the masses. He warns that the market isn't the only place where innovators must prepare to fight.
